An instant hijab is pre-sewn, so you pull it on like a hood: no wrapping, no pins and nothing to adjust once it's on. It's the quickest way to get ready for school runs, work, prayer and travel, and many instant hijabs have the cap built in.
Our instant hijabs
The instant jersey hijab is soft viscose jersey with an integrated inner cap and full neck coverage, and the one-piece jersey hijab has a built-in undercap that covers the neck and chest. For more coverage, the instant amira hijab XL has an extra-long jersey cape to the waist, and the double-layer chiffon amira has a cape to mid-chest. The instant chiffon hijab is sewn onto a jersey undercap, the instant jersey khimar falls to the hips, and the pre-tied turban and the tie-back bonnet hijab offer a different look. For training, see the sports hijabs.
Choosing and care
Most styles are one size with a stretch fit. Our guide on how to wear an instant hijab shows each style step by step, and amira hijabs, khimars and turbans have their own pages. Wash cool on a gentle cycle and dry flat; chiffon styles by hand.
