A modest evening gown with a Turkish-style silhouette and a cape that moves with you. This ivory gown is cut in fluid, lustrous satin-backed chiffon with a high stand collar and long, slim sleeves to the wrist. A band of fine pleated drapery sweeps diagonally across the bodice, and from one shoulder a long chiffon cape panel falls behind the arm to the floor into a short train. A trail of silver beaded and sequinned lace appliqué starts at the collar, covers one side of the bodice and runs down the skirt like a vine, over a softly gathered A-line skirt. Wear it to a wedding reception, an engagement or a gala dinner.
